Shipping Policy:

PROCESSING TIME: We strive to ship all orders received before 4:00pm EST on the same business day. Although most orders ship the same day, we can not guarantee same day-shipping for every order. If we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours, we will contact you with the details. If same day shipping is critical, please contact us by phone at (440) 299-7778 to let us know, and we will prioritize your order.

UPS is our primary shipper within the continental USA (lower 48 states). Match your area to the legend of color codes to determine your estimated time in transit for UPS ground service. Times are subject to change. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

EMERGENCY ORDERS: We ship all products at the earliest possible moment. However, if your order is an emergency, then let us know at the earliest possible moment (it’s best to phone this in) and we’ll be happy to work with you to satisfy any unique needs you may have. We normally do not process orders on weekends and holidays however, if you are currently experiencing an emergency (down) situation, we want to help, so please contact us, and if possible, we'll try to accommodate.

BACKORDERS: David E. Spence, Inc., DBA Cybarcode, DBA PLC Products Group does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card or PayPal account for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to you to alert you of the situation.

ORDER STATUS: David E. Spence, Inc., DBA Cybarcode, DBA PLC Products Group will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed (you must provide a valid e-mail address at time of order) to you once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.

ORDER CHANGE: You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped. Please call (440) 299-7778 to request a change to your order. Please have your order number or customer number ready for better assistance. We discourage sending change order requests via email because we may not receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the volume of emails we receive each day.

ORDER CANCELLATION: You may request an order cancellation provided the order has not already been shipped. Please call (440) 299-7778 to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 2 business days. We discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because we may not receive the message in time to void the order due to the volume of emails we receive each day.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of all import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs or other charges related to your shipment. We have no knowledge of, nor we can we determine what these charges may be. In addition, your shipment may become delayed in customs, which is beyond our control. Although we are happy to help where possible, it is your responsibility to resolve any issues that may arise by importing goods into your country. Also, please note that the cost of all international shipments, in both directions, even for repair or replacement under warranty, is the responsibility of the international customer.
